Valley Events offers a range of casual food and beverage positions including event and kitchen staff, to work at race meetings, non race day and offsite events. This is an excellent opportunity for you to become a part of an award winning team with a reputation for excellence.

Joining the team at Valley Events will provide you with experience in a variety of exciting events and will ensure that you receive excellent training opportunities. You will also be given the chance to become involved in all of the colour and excitement of the premium Spring Racing Carnival event – the famous Tatts Cox Plate.

To be successful in your application, you must possess the following skills:

• Function and/or bistro experience
• The ability to carry 3 plates
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong team work skills
• High attention to detail
• Impeccable grooming
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Hygiene certificates are required (please note that these certifications can be arranged after employment)

Additional requirements for A La Carte:

• Previous A La Carte experience is required
• Customer Service skills must meet the highest standards
